Prices based on Customer supplied art work and (if needed) typed PC format information. All orders must be approved and confirmed. All reservations must be accompanied by a 100% non-refundable deposit.  $100 for exposure and $20 additional if picture scanning is required.

 

BUYER AGREES THAT NEITHER TARGET ONLINE INC., S.B. ASSOCIATES INC., MORRISTOWN.COM NOR ANY SELLER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY WEB AD, WEB SITE, WEB LINK OR WEB PAGE ON MORRISTOWN.COM, MORRISCOUNTYLOCAL.COM, or any other Target Online website.

 

Quality Assurance - Buyer will conduct its web advertising campaigns on Morristown.com in accordance with the highest industry standards. Buyer acknowledges that Target Online has no responsibility to review the Buyer's Ad Creative. Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer's web site(s) and Ad Creative shall not contain any unauthorized links or advertisements.  Buyer's web site(s) and Ad Creative shall not contain, or contain links to, content promoting the use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content; expletives or inappropriate language; content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam," mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice not permitted under law; or any other content deemed inappropriate by Target Online in its sole discretion.
